Please note the recommended sizing for this collar:

  • Small/Medium fits dogs with necks measuring 10 to 16 inches
  • Medium/Large fits dogs with necks measuring 14 to 22 inches.

MEASUREMENTS:

Small/Med collars are 3/4" and fit necks 10-16" (unless marked otherwise).

Med/Large collars are 1" wide and fit necks 14-24".

Shipping & Returns

We want you to enjoy your product(s) as soon as possible! We will do our very best to ship your items(s) within 48 hours of you placing your order. 

Please note: Shipping charges will be deducted from the balance on all returned items unless the item is defective due to a problem with its production.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Doggy damage after the fact? Contact us to see about a free repair!

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to reach out to us and let us know if you'd like to return your item or replace your item. 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the replacement or refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
