We want you to enjoy your product(s) as soon as possible! We will do our very best to ship your items(s) within 48 hours of you placing your order. We currently ship within the United States and to the United Kingdom. If you live outside of these areas, feel free to contact us for a shipping quote to your country.
Your satisfaction is our priority! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement. To save time and effort, please utilize our size charts to be sure you select the right fit for your pup. We offer FREE return (to you) shipping for exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. When your return is accepted, we’ll either send you a return shipping label or provide you our return address - depending on the issue.

Please note: Shipping charges may be deducted from the balance on all returned items unless the item is defective due to a problem with its production.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to help us get you the produce you love as soon as possible is to reach out to us and let us know if you'd like to return or replace your item (we can even help you decide). Next, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know about your replacement or refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind, it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
